1. Shipping Overview

At Logo Artz, we're committed to delivering your custom patches quickly and securely worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and begin only after production is completed. Production times vary based on design complexity, season, and product type.

2. Production Time

Before your order ships, it must go through our production process:

  • Standard Production: 7–10 business days after artwork approval
  • Rush Production: 3–5 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Artwork approval required before production begins

Production times may extend during peak periods or for complex custom designs. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.

3. Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options to suit your timeline and budget:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days
  • Expedited International: 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order value (for free shipping eligibility)

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

Free Shipping

  • Domestic: Free standard shipping on orders over $50
  • International: Free standard shipping on orders over $199
  • Sample Orders: Always free shipping

5. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Your package can be tracked using the carrier’s website.

If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our support team immediately.

6. International Shipping

International orders may have additional considerations:

  • Import duties & taxes are the recipient’s responsibility
  • Customs processing may delay delivery times
  • Certain materials may be restricted by country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local import procedures.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • No shipping to international P.O. Boxes
  • Some products may have country-specific restrictions
  • We may refuse shipping to certain locations if required

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Provide photos of any damage
  • We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue

We package all items securely to prevent damage during shipping. However, if an item arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

9. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the package cannot be redirected.
